The LSF structure acts as the backbone of the house. The profiles are manufactured from high-strength galvanized steel, cut and interconnected to ensure millimetric precision on site and excellent seismic behaviour. This system makes it possible to span wide openings and realize modern designs, eliminating the need for massive concrete columns or beams.
SIP panels consist of a rigid insulating core of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) bonded under pressure between two OSB 3 boards. These panels are installed on site perfectly interconnected with the LSF profiles, creating a continuous envelope that eliminates thermal bridges and acts as a highly effective barrier against cold, heat and noise.
Unlike traditional masonry, which absorbs and retains outside temperatures, Dreamdomus technology works as an active thermal shield — combining the solidity of steel with the insulation efficiency of SIP panels.
